Originally established in 1958, MPE it is a close-knit community of both long-time residents and new residents living and working together. Surrounded by new and exciting development in the Lake Highlands area, including the Town Center to the east and Creekside shopping development with Alamo Drafthouse just south, MPE boasts the perfect location to enjoy all that Lake Highlands has to offer within walking distance, plus easy access to downtown Dallas.

 

On the west side of the neighborhood a beautiful park is located along Merriman Parkway providing outdoor family fun just steps away. As well, MPE will soon be linked with the vast north Dallas trail system, making it possible for outdoor enthusiasts to walk, run or bike to White Rock Lake and beyond directly from their front door.
